The Wednesday morning (8:30am-12:30pm) Road to Mastery Immersion Series is not about “getting the pose at any expense”. It is a call to quiet mind and relaxed body that gives rise to a deep inner listening. It is an invitation to enquiry and self discovery that brings freedom and growth. This series is an weekly immersion into yoga as a way of life, that effortless influences your daily habits. It as path to heeding the wisdom within that reveals the essence of who you are.
Teachers of any yoga style, and people who are interested in taking the Vijnana Yoga International Training can stay until 2:30pm and take part in the Transformations Mentorship Program. You’ll receive credit toward the training should you decide to join for the three years.
