Slow down, and give yourself the gift of time and presence: you will open to subtler and subtler levels of perception and a new way of knowing yourself.

Immerse yourself in a biotensegrity informed practice: you will experience how the principles of rooting and connecting bring lightness, ease and grace to your movements.

Connect with an intimate community of searchers in a safe space: you will discover that you are not alone in your doubts and challenges. You will be witnessed with love and non-judgement. You will find that the wisdom you seek lies within and that it is only when you act from this place of inner knowing that you can fulfill your purpose in the world.

This will be a small group retreat so that you receive plenty of personal guidance over the week, including the opportunity for a private meeting in order to create a personal practice plan for once you are home.

I have been part of the Karma Teachers community for two years now, contributing to their vision of making yoga accessible to groups under served communities. Karma Teachers offers free and by donation classes to people of diverse communities and income levels. They offer full and partial scholarships to workshops and teacher training programs. During my time spent at Karma Teachers, I have seen people’s lives transformed, and I myself learn and grow each time I spend time with the Karma Community. It is a honor to support their mission by offering tuition scholarships for this upcoming reterat.
If are interested in a scholarship apply today by sending  an email to and let me know what you are hoping to get out of the retreat and three things that you will commit to to bring yoga into your daily life after the retreat. The deadline for applications is noon on Thursday February 16th.
